Requirements to apply for foreign director and shareholding:
Documents supposed to be notarized and apostille (IF DIRECTOR IS FOREIGNER)
a. PASSPORT
b. RESIDENT CARD
c. DRIVING LICENSE
d. BANK STATEMENT NOT OLDER THAN TWO MONTHS
e. ELECTRICTIY BILL or any utility bill NOT OLDER THAN TWO MONTHS
f. Affidavit INC 9, DIR 2 and NO PAN Declaration (attachment)
g. Business VISA copy
h. Digital Signature Form(attachment)
i. MOA and AOA last page (attachment)
