What are Small , Medium and Large Enterprises?
MSME ranks in two categories:

Enrolment Cycle
The small and medium-scale business owner must fill out a single form for registration, which he can do online and offline.
If a person wishes to register for more than one industry then he / she may also register individually.
To sign, he / she must fill out a single form available on the following website.
The document required for registration is Personal Aadhar number, name of industry, address, details of bank account and some common information.
The individual may provide certificates which are self-certified in this.
Registration fees are no longer needed for this process.
Once you have filled out the details and uploaded, you 'd get the registration number.
MSME registration advantages
Because of the MSME registration, bank loans become cheaper because the interest rate is very low, approximately 1 to 1.5 percent. Much lower than regular-loan interest.
MSME is offered diverse tax rebates.
It also provided for the forwarding of credit for minimum alternative tax (MAT) for up to 15 years instead of 10 years
There are several government tenders open to the MSME Industries only.

If the premise is proprietary– letter of allotment, letter of possession, lease deed or receipt of property tax. If there is a municipal license in the name of the company, or in the name of the business owner, partner, or director, no other possession document is required.
If the premise is rented– Rent receipt and the landlord may need a no objection certificate. Any utility bill or record showing possession of the landlord is also to be submitted.
Copies of Bill Sale and Bill Purchase:
Business is required to submit a copy of the bill of sale relating to each end product it will supply. Often, a procurement bill must be sent for each raw material that it will buy.

If the business is a partnership firm, its partnership deed must be submitted. If the partnership firm is licensed, it must also present a certificate of registration.
A copy of the Association Memorandum and Articles of Association, and certificate of incorporation must be submitted in the case of a company. A copy of the resolution adopted at the general meeting and a copy of the board resolution authorizing a director to sign the MSME application should also be submitted with it.
Purchased Copy of Licenses and Machinery Bills
In a few cases, the applicant must present a copy of an industrial license to be obtained by submitting a request to Govt. Of India. And of India.
